Refundable within 48 hours of payment if profile setup has not begun. Once the digital profile, verification or certificate has been issued, the onboarding fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before the shoot. Cancellations within 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
Email supportdreamcaptureindia1@gmail.com from the address linked to your candidate account with your Candidate ID and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before raising a bank dispute so we can resolve it directly.
